Kellanova, a leader in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, faced challenges in managing a complex dataset that included over 100 brands, 3,500 SKUs, and 4,500 consumer recipes. The company aimed to create a unified view of their products across various channels and improve the accuracy of product and nutrition information. The initiative led to the adoption of Stibo Systems' master data management (MDM) solution, which replaced outdated systems and spreadsheets, allowing for better control over branding and improved collaboration with advertising agencies. The MDM solution supports over 400 global websites, providing accurate product information in multiple languages. Additionally, Kellanova has enhanced transparency by publishing nutritional information through initiatives like SmartLabel, ensuring consumers have access to essential product details both online and in-store.
