Change Readiness Checklist for Training and Communication

This document is a checklist designed to assist Learning and Development (L&D) professionals in assessing their organization's readiness to effectively utilize training and communication during organizational change. The checklist is divided into two main parts: Training Readiness and Communication Readiness. Each part contains specific questions that organizations can respond to with 'Yes', 'No', or 'Somewhat'. The document also provides scoring guidelines to help organizations interpret their responses and offers actionable steps to enhance training and communication practices. These steps aim to improve alignment with change objectives, expand training modalities, and establish effective communication strategies to support employees through transitions.
