The research compares data from 2024 with that from 2022, revealing a consistent focus among companies on efficiency, quality, and customer value. Notably, 84% of companies are transitioning from a project-oriented approach to a product-based philosophy, which aligns employee efforts with customer satisfaction. The report indicates that 91% of respondents believe DPM facilitates this transition, enhancing collaboration between business and development teams. Furthermore, 94% of participants assert that DPM solutions ease digital transformation efforts, with 97% indicating they have or plan to initiate such transformations. The findings underscore the significant benefits of DPM in driving increased customer value, internal alignment, and overall business success, with 95% of companies reporting successful DPM initiatives.
