This case study details the Redefine Power campaign initiated by Electro Federation Canada (EFC) to enhance workforce attraction within the electrical and automation industry. EFC, representing over 260 member companies, recognized the need for a diverse skill set to support industry growth and aimed to attract young professionals and recent graduates aged 21 to 34. The campaign emphasized the transformative impact individuals could have in this sector. To facilitate this initiative, EFC partnered with TalentNestTM, a recruitment platform that broadcasts job openings across multiple career boards and social media, enhancing brand awareness and attracting top talent. The results of the campaign were significant, with over 13,500 applicants and 353,000 impressions recorded, indicating strong engagement. The case study illustrates how EFC, through strategic collaboration with TalentNestTM, has strengthened its brand and addressed future talent needs in the industry.
