This case study outlines the collaboration between Independent Living Systems (ILS) and Taylor Healthcare to enhance ILS's trade show marketing efforts. ILS, a provider of managed care services, faced challenges related to the logistics and design of their trade show displays, which required frequent shipping, setup, and dismantling. Taylor Healthcare offered a streamlined solution by providing custom graphics and fixtures tailored to each event's theme. They utilized their Event & Asset Management (EAM) service to manage the entire process, including shipping booth materials, overseeing setup and teardown, and conducting post-show inspections. Additionally, Taylor facilitated the reskinning of booth fixtures and managed the printing and warehousing of marketing collateral.
