Cloud Services Readiness Assessment Guide

This document is a guide for conducting a cloud services readiness assessment. It outlines the process to determine if a business possesses the necessary bandwidth, reliability, and security to effectively access cloud services. The assessment reviews various aspects of the business, including applications, data, and infrastructure, to identify areas that may require improvement or remediation. Following the assessment, a plan is developed to address any identified vulnerabilities, along with recommendations for ongoing managed IT services. The assessment includes several key components: a Cloud Risk Report that provides an executive-level overview of risks associated with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services; a Mobile Policy Assessment Report that evaluates mobile policies for company-owned and BYOD devices; a Network Assessment Report that assesses networked devices for security and bandwidth issues; a Compliance Review that examines industry regulations; and a Microsoft Cloud Security Assessment that includes a Microsoft Control Score and Secure Score. These elements collectively help businesses prepare for cloud migration.
