This case study details a data transformation initiative undertaken by a leading bank in the Gulf region, aimed at modernizing its data architecture and governance framework. The bank faced challenges related to obsolete data architecture, a lack of a scalable data model, and compliance with the National Data Management Office (NDMO) regulations enforced by the Saudi Central Bank. Techlogix was engaged to address these issues by designing and implementing a modern data ecosystem that included robust data ingestion pipelines, a centralized data warehouse, and a comprehensive data governance framework. The solution also involved the development of a scalable banking data model and the establishment of self-service business intelligence capabilities. The transformation resulted in significant improvements in data management practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhanced business insights through advanced analytics and machine learning readiness. The initiative was structured around a phased approach that prioritized data governance, platform modernization, and analytics adoption.
