University Health System Supply Chain Transformation Case Study

This case study outlines the supply chain transformation of a North Carolina-based integrated university health system, which operates on a not-for-profit basis. The health system aimed to enhance its supply chain and inventory management across various clinical areas, including nursing floors and diagnostic labs.
