This case study outlines the implementation of a Microsoft Power BI-based Cloud Solution to address the marketing data challenges faced by a globally renowned medical supplies company. The client struggled with a tedious manual process of extracting data from Excel sheets across 19 countries, which led to inefficiencies and potential errors in dashboard creation. The limitations of Excel hindered effective data communication and decision-making. The TekLink Team proposed a solution that involved utilizing SharePoint as a data source for Power BI datasets, streamlining the dashboard creation process. Automatic data refreshes were scheduled to enhance data accuracy in reporting. The outcomes included the delivery of interactive marketing dashboards, significant time savings through automation, and improved scalability and analysis capabilities compared to Excel. The data-driven approach empowered business users with dynamic insights, facilitating better marketing decisions and potential revenue growth.
