This case study details Graham Packaging's transition from Loftware Print Server (LPS) to TEKLYNX SENTINEL for label printing automation. Graham Packaging, a manufacturer of custom containers, faced challenges with the retirement of LPS and the high costs associated with the cloud-based Loftware Spectrum solution. The company sought a more cost-effective and efficient alternative that would integrate seamlessly with their existing systems. After evaluating various options, Graham Packaging selected SENTINEL due to its compatibility with current processes and lower costs. The implementation led to significant improvements, including a reduction in software expenses, enhanced label design clarity, and a labeling accuracy rate of 99%. Additionally, the solution allowed for uninterrupted printing across multiple sites, supporting over 150 printers. The case study highlights the collaborative efforts between Graham Packaging and TEKLYNX, resulting in a successful migration and improved operational efficiency.
