This case study details the implementation of the T7AMR Robotic Floor Scrubber by GSF USA at Bolingbrook High School, a large educational facility in Illinois. GSF, a building services contractor, faced significant cleaning challenges due to the school's extensive 470,000 square feet of space and the heightened cleaning standards following the pandemic. The T7AMR was acquired to enhance cleaning efficiency, allowing staff to focus on more specialized tasks while the robot managed routine floor scrubbing. The study outlines how the T7AMR can clean between 30,000 and 70,000 square feet per shift, resulting in a time savings of 4 to 6 hours daily. This efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves the quality of cleaning, meeting the expectations of school administrators. Additionally, the implementation included efforts to engage students by integrating the scrubber into the school community. Overall, the introduction of the T7AMR has led to increased employee satisfaction and is part of GSF's strategy to adopt robotic technology across other locations.
