New York Theatre Workshop Health Tracking Case Study

This case study details the collaboration between New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) and Docubee to implement a health tracking solution for the 2022 NYTW Gala. Faced with the challenge of safely gathering approximately 450 attendees post-COVID-19 pandemic, NYTW sought a reliable method to collect vaccination statuses and COVID test results. The Director of Special Events, Matt Renskers, emphasized the importance of ensuring the health of both attendees and performers. After exploring various health tracking options, NYTW selected Docubee for its HIPAA-compliant capabilities and user-friendly interface. The implementation allowed attendees to easily upload their health information via a link or QR code, streamlining the verification process for NYTW staff. The success of this initiative led to the decision to continue using Docubee for future events, highlighting the adaptability and effectiveness of the solution in addressing the evolving needs of the theatre community.
