This document is a case study detailing the partnership between Harbinger and GoCo, a provider of HR and employee management solutions. The objective of the partnership was to enhance GoCo's integration capabilities to meet the growing demand for seamless connections between various HR systems. GoCo faced challenges in delivering scalable integrations for advanced use cases, which prompted them to seek an integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) partner. Harbinger was chosen for its expertise in Workato-based integrations. The collaboration resulted in the development of multiple integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), significantly increasing GoCo's integration offerings from seven to over one hundred. Additionally, custom automation solutions were crafted for existing HR processes, improving operational efficiency and customer retention. The case study outlines the specific integrations created, including those with Workable, Lever, Lessonly, and 360Learning, and highlights the benefits achieved through this strategic partnership.
