This document is a case study detailing the adaptation of a talent development program for a Fortune 500 multinational food manufacturer in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially designed for in-person delivery, the program aimed to identify strengths and development needs among high-potential employees within the European Marketing team. The transition to a virtual format involved extending the program from two to three days, restructuring group sizes, and incorporating networking opportunities to maintain participant engagement. Key components included business simulations, peer feedback, and facilitated development planning. The study outlines the challenges faced in replicating the interactive nature of the original format and the measures taken to ensure a successful virtual experience. Evaluation of the program's impact was conducted through pre- and post-measures, as well as interviews with participants four months post-completion. The results indicated that the virtual program maintained its effectiveness, fostering community and improved feedback culture within the organization.
