This research article explores the challenges associated with collaborative project delivery methods in the construction sector. It identifies 11 categories of challenges and offers recommendations for enhancing future practices. The study is based on a meta-analysis of 105 collaboration-oriented projects, providing valuable insights for organizations looking to improve collaboration and project outcomes.
