This document is a guide for new listing applicants, consolidating various previously published guidance letters, listing decisions, and frequently asked questions related to new listings. It aims to facilitate applicants and their advisers in understanding the listing requirements and preparing their applications. The guide is structured into six main sections, covering eligibility and suitability for listing, special listing regimes, general disclosure requirements, specific topics related to new listing applications, other listing structures, and additional matters. Two annexes are included to enhance readability and presentation. The Exchange expects compliance with the Listing Rules and adherence to this guide during the application process. It is noted that the guide does not serve as a comprehensive checklist and that the Exchange may impose additional requirements or request further information as deemed necessary. The guide is available in English and has a separate Chinese translation, with the English version prevailing in case of discrepancies.
