Thermostock Inventory Management Implementation

This case study details the implementation of Thermostock, an AI-driven inventory management solution, at Green Line Hose & Fittings. The objective of using Thermostock was to address the challenges associated with managing slow-moving inventory, particularly the D and E parts that contributed significantly to dead stock. Prior to implementing Thermostock, Green Line faced issues with overstock and lost sales due to a lack of tracking for its slow-moving inventory. The system automates the recalculation of optimal minimum stock levels based on recent sales data, ensuring that non-selling SKUs are not reordered. As a result of using Thermostock, Green Line achieved a 78.5% reduction in dead stock for its low-selling parts over the past year.
