This case study outlines how Tiger Analytics assisted a leading personal care brand in enhancing its market position through sustainability insights. The primary objective was to calculate a green score and automate product safety reports to comply with stringent safety regulations. The case study details the challenges faced, including the lack of a unified data source for green score computation and the inefficiencies in identifying hazardous substances. It describes the process of conducting Discovery and Prioritization workshops, which led to the identification of 60 relevant analytics use cases. An Execution Roadmap was developed, defining key elements such as timelines and data requirements. The implementation involved building a Data Foundation layer and a Core Intelligence layer to facilitate insights into sustainability issues like greener product creation and emissions reduction. The solution architecture included various analytical components and a Business Observability engine to monitor changes effectively. The results included a significant market share increase and a reduction in product registration time.
