Cone Health Medication History Integration Case Study

This case study details the integration of the DrFirst medication history solution within Cone Health's Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. The objective was to enhance the accuracy and availability of patient medication histories, addressing challenges related to incomplete records that often required clinical staff to make numerous calls to local pharmacies.
