This case study details the implementation of Tintri VMstore by Cross Country Healthcare (CCH) to enhance data protection and disaster recovery capabilities. CCH faced challenges with their previous infrastructure, which included aging NetApp, EMC VNX, and XtremIO systems that were difficult to manage and scale. After evaluating various options, CCH opted for Tintri VMstore, which allowed them to consolidate their IT infrastructure from five data centers to one, significantly improving management efficiency. The migration resulted in higher performance and reduced recovery point objectives from over two weeks to less than twenty-four hours. The study outlines how VMstore's integration with VMware simplified management and eliminated the need for multiple tools. CCH's experience illustrates the benefits of adopting VMstore, including cost savings on bandwidth and operational efficiencies, ultimately positioning the organization for future growth and stability.
