This application note presents a technical report on the performance of the TSKgel HIC-ADC Butyl column for the analysis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The study outlines the challenges associated with the characterization of high drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) species, particularly in terms of resolution and reproducibility.
