Trane's Compliance Project for Manhattan Buildings

Trane conducted a comprehensive site analysis and identified areas for infrastructure reuse, carbon footprint reduction, and utility incentives. The project was divided into two phases: the first focused on immediate compliance through energy conservation measures and system optimizations, while the second phase aimed at long-term energy consumption analysis and equipment replacements. The collaboration resulted in significant energy savings and a reduction of 3,633 metric tons of annual carbon emissions. The project received unanimous approvals from various property boards and was supported by $2.6 million in utility incentives, demonstrating a successful partnership towards sustainability.
