Staples evaluated several partners before selecting TreviPay due to its advanced technology capabilities and collaborative service approach. The new system allows business customers to apply for credit lines digitally, facilitating quick transactions and enhancing customer loyalty. The TreviPay mobile app further supports in-store purchases, driving foot traffic back to Staples locations post-pandemic. Since the launch, the program has seen significant growth, with registered members nearly doubling and transaction volume increasing by 112% year-to-date. The partnership has resulted in a competitive advantage for Staples, enabling efficient credit management and improved customer experiences through streamlined processes and enhanced support.
