This case study details the collaboration between Kate Farms and TruCentive to enhance survey response rates through the integration of REDCap online survey software. The primary objective was to deliver digital compensation to respondents who completed the survey, thereby incentivizing participation. The approach involved customizing the compensation delivery with Kate Farms' branding and utilizing REDCap for real-time tracking and auditing of compensation data. The results demonstrated a significant increase in survey response rates, with a 271% increase over previous surveys and an 80% compensation consumption rate. Additionally, the implementation process saw a 50% reduction in staff hours and an 83% decrease in survey completion time. The study highlights the effectiveness of using digital compensation to engage respondents and the positive feedback received from participants, which underscores the importance of the survey for ongoing research.
