The objective is to drive participation in rewards programs for B2B clients, particularly focusing on the Polyglass rewards program. The study outlines the challenges faced by HMI Performance Incentives in encouraging customer engagement and the need for an efficient claims submission process. By integrating intelligent automation from Tungsten, the platform allows contractors to submit proof of purchase via smartphone, significantly reducing the time required for claims submission. The results indicate a 44% increase in claims activity and a 91% faster claims submission process. Additionally, the case study highlights the collaboration with Document Imaging Group and Data Capture Group to deploy the TotalAgility solution, which automates data capture and improves the overall efficiency of the rewards program. The findings suggest that the new system not only enhances customer experience but also provides valuable insights into customer behavior and sales performance.
