Reliable Access to Cloud Voice and Video Solutions

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of Turnium's software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) solution by Netview Consulting Inc. for a community service organization in Northern Ontario. The organization faced significant challenges in delivering cloud-based applications, video conferencing, and IP-based telephony across its 30 sites due to difficult terrain and limited connectivity options. The solution involved combining multiple wireline, wireless, and Starlink connections at each site to create a reliable internet and cloud application experience. By aggregating available circuits, Turnium enabled an increase in bandwidth, enhancing the performance of internet and voice/video services. The implementation included failover capabilities to prevent disconnections and quality of service (QoS) improvements for better communication quality. The case study outlines how Turnium's platform automates network programming and provides visibility and control over network performance, ultimately improving customer experience and inter-site communications.
