It included 29 participants, primarily women, who engaged in a combination of self-paced e-learning and live webinars over ten weeks. The report highlights the programme's objectives, which included building a comprehensive understanding of gender-sensitive policies and fostering collaboration among participants. Outcomes indicated a high relevance of the content, with 85% of participants finding the topics applicable to their work. Feedback showed that 78% gained new insights, and 88% found the programme useful. The report concludes with lessons learned and recommendations for future iterations, emphasizing the need for hybrid learning methodologies and increased interactive sessions to enhance engagement.
