This article is a research report that presents an IoT-oriented data analysis system designed for monitoring tomato cultivation under varying irrigation regimes. The study investigates the response of tomato plants to three different irrigation levels: 100%, 60%, and 30% of the Italian irrigation recommendation service, known as Irriframe. The developed platform, named Agriware, is capable of evaluating data from diverse sources, calculating agronomic indicators, and monitoring on-field parameters such as water consumption. The research details the collection of various plant-related metrics to assess the impact of water stress on plant health and productivity. The findings indicate that the optimal irrigation regime for maintaining plant health and maximizing yield is 60% of Irriframe, which also allows for significant water savings. The report emphasizes the importance of modern technologies in enhancing agricultural efficiency and precision, particularly in the context of Smart Agriculture.
