This document is a technical report detailing an agile resilience coaching program project aimed at enhancing the change management capabilities of micro-enterprises in Finland. The project, funded by the European Social Fund, involved collaboration between university researchers and regional business service organizations. It focused on developing the competencies of micro-entrepreneurs through a variety of methods, including a current-state analysis, course provision, participatory workshops, and individual coaching sessions. A total of 106 enterprises participated, with 86 entrepreneurs engaging in microcourses covering topics such as business development and risk management. The project resulted in the creation of tools to support change management, including a current-state analysis form and a strategy construction tool for micro-enterprises. The findings indicate that the program successfully strengthened the ability of micro-enterprises to adapt to disruptions and provided new solutions for regional business service organizations to assist these enterprises effectively.
