Interactive Power BI Dashboards for Enrollment Trends

This case study outlines the implementation of interactive Power BI dashboards at Galen College of Nursing to address challenges related to fragmented data and manual reporting. The institution faced issues such as predictive blind spots, data inconsistency, and visibility gaps, which hindered strategic planning and decision-making. The solution involved the deployment of a comprehensive suite of dashboards that integrated data from various sources, enabling users to visualize metrics related to application aging, financial aid progress, and enrollment trends. The results demonstrated operational precision across 24 campuses, with real-time insights leading to improved decision-making, standardized metrics, and a significant reduction in manual reporting efforts.
