ServiceNow CMDB Modernization Case Study

This case study details the modernization of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for a major electric energy company in the U.S. The client faced challenges with their CMDB due to extensive customizations that resulted in a cluttered database with orphans and duplicates.
