This document is a research report that outlines a study aimed at enhancing clinical trial performance through the application of adult-learning methods. The study was conducted by Vaniam Group LLC in collaboration with a multinational sponsor and involved three global randomized trials. The report details the methodology, which included tailored interventions such as interactive Trial Educational Discussions and Trial Acceleration Meetings, designed to improve screening and randomization rates. The experimental group received these interventions, while the control group only received standard study support. The results indicated significant improvements in screening and randomization rates for the experimental group compared to the control group after six months. Specifically, the experimental group showed a 100% increase in screening rates and a 37% increase in randomization rates in one trial, while the control group experienced no change. The findings suggest that structured interventions based on adult-learning principles can effectively enhance clinical trial outcomes, with plans for future research to explore additional trial designs and measures.
