This case study details how Monterey Mushrooms, Inc. centralized its telecom management by partnering with vCom to enhance visibility and control over its telecom expenses. Prior to this partnership, the company faced challenges including the management of over 150 invoices monthly and a lack of overall control over telecom expenditures, leading to significant costs without clear justification.
