Meta Workplace to Microsoft Viva Engage Migration Case Study

This case study outlines the migration of a mission-driven non-profit organization from Meta Workplace to Microsoft Viva Engage as part of its digital transformation and Microsoft 365 adoption strategy. The organization aimed to streamline its communication platform by retiring Meta Workplace and aligning collaboration under the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The primary objective was to migrate various elements such as Workplace Groups, conversations, posts, comments, reactions, files, and user memberships to Viva Engage while maintaining the original context and structure.
