HR Document Management Optimization at ContourGlobal

This case study outlines the challenges faced by ContourGlobal in managing HR documentation across its global operations. With a presence in 22 countries, the company struggled with inconsistencies in document storage and accessibility, which led to compliance risks and inefficiencies. To address these issues, ContourGlobal sought a centralized HR document management solution. The implementation of docuflow, integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and Box, enabled the standardization of HR documentation processes.
