The case study outlines five critical challenges faced by these agencies, including limiting officer exposure to the public, maintaining customer service levels, educating the public on virus prevention, providing updates on COVID-19 guidelines, and addressing community concerns. Various police departments, such as those in San Antonio, Tucson, Redondo Beach, Allen, and Woodland, implemented creative solutions through the platform to address these challenges. Feedback from law enforcement officials highlights the effectiveness of the platform in facilitating communication and ensuring safety during the pandemic.
