Central Coast Council Low-code Suite Implementation Case Study

This case study documents the implementation of OneBlink’s Low-code Suite (LcS) by the Central Coast Council (CCC) to address challenges associated with managing disparate forms and processes from legacy systems. Prior to implementation, CCC faced issues such as confusing user experiences due to multiple form applications, limited capacity for autonomous form configuration, and increased operational costs from separate licensing agreements. The transition to a unified digital landscape aimed to standardize form-based processes and improve data integration across services. The results of the implementation included significant consolidation of legacy systems, reduced vendor dependency, and enhanced operational efficiency. The platform enabled CCC to automate form workflows, resulting in substantial time savings for tasks such as processing change of address forms and preparing for community events. The integration with existing systems facilitated seamless data transfer and allowed for the rapid deployment of tailored forms, ultimately improving service delivery across departments.
