This case study details the challenges faced by the Greater Shepparton Council due to the use of multiple form-building tools, which resulted in operational inefficiencies and inconsistent user experiences. The Council had accumulated over 14 different software packages, each with unique interfaces and requirements, complicating workflows and data management. To address these issues, the Council sought a unified digital solution and selected OneBlink's Low-code Solution (LcS) as its standard platform for digital forms. The implementation of LcS has transformed processes across various departments, improving data accuracy and user experiences. The platform enables non-technical staff to create forms autonomously while allowing the IT team to focus on advanced integrations. Since its deployment, submissions have exceeded 1,000 per month, supporting the Council's goal of efficient, citizen-focused services. The case study outlines the successful integration of LcS with existing systems and the positive impact on service delivery and operational efficiency.
