The division, which accounts for approximately 70% of GE Aerospace's revenue, faced challenges with manual processing of discounts and royalties, which were managed through legacy applications and Excel. The objective was to standardize pricing and discount management, achieving 360-degree visibility into profitability while improving customer experience. By adopting Vistex solutions, GE Aerospace successfully reduced the number of price delivery systems from 24 to 3 and published price schedules from 68 to 23. The integration allowed for full automation of pricing determinations and invoicing, leading to increased data accuracy and timely payments.
