This case study details the implementation of SAP margin optimization solutions by Vistex at Animal Health International (AHI) to enhance the management of vendor receivables. AHI faced challenges with manual processes and an unreliable custom program that hindered their ability to efficiently manage vendor chargebacks and sales promotions.
