LETRS Implementation Journey at Enid Public Schools

This report outlines the LETRS implementation journey at Enid Public Schools, which began in 2015 with the introduction of 33 educators to LETRS Classic. The initiative has expanded to train approximately one hundred educators annually, including classroom teachers and administrators. The transition to LETRS 3rd Edition occurred in 2019, focusing on enhancing educators' understanding of reading instruction. Currently, 175 educators are engaged in LETRS training, with plans to develop a local team of LETRS trainers.
