This case study outlines the implementation of Accipiens as a contract management solution for 321 Crédito, a financial institution in Portugal. The primary objective of the project was to simplify processes and improve technological integration, addressing the challenges posed by fragmented legacy applications. The project involved approximately 12 resources, including functional and technical consultants, and was structured into five phases: requirement analysis, configuration, integrations, API development, and data migration. The introduction of Accipiens has resulted in a significant competitive advantage, enabling the organization to manage different business lines on a unified platform and providing a comprehensive view of entities involved in contracts. The solution has also facilitated digitalization efforts, allowing for a paperless operation and enhancing operational efficiency. Ongoing collaborations with VTXRM aim to further develop digital solutions, including new portals and a digital signature process, ensuring continuous support and improvement in the organization's processes.
