This case study details the implementation of the Accipiens contract management system at 321 Crédito, a financial institution in Portugal specializing in consumer credit for vehicle purchases. The project aimed to address the challenges posed by fragmented legacy applications and enhance the management of financial products. The implementation process involved five phases: requirement analysis, Accipiens configuration, integrations, API development, and data migration. A team of over 12 resources, including functional and technical consultants, was engaged in this effort. The introduction of Accipiens has resulted in a unified, scalable application that integrates all existing systems, providing a comprehensive view of entities and streamlining processes. The collaboration between VTXRM and 321 Crédito has been crucial in ensuring the solution's successful integration into daily operations. Future projects include the development of a customer portal, a lawyer's portal, and a digital signature process, with ongoing support from VTXRM to facilitate digitalization efforts.
