This document is a case study detailing the implementation of a unified Faculty Success reporting process at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. Initially, Faculty Success was adopted by various units within Cornell University, each customizing the solution to fit their specific needs. In 2017, the college integrated three separate instances of Faculty Success into a single system to streamline faculty activity tracking for approximately 400 faculty members. The integration aimed to create automated web profiles, prepopulated annual review reports, and facilitate accreditation reporting. The project, supported by Watermark, was completed in six months with minimal data integrity issues. The unified system has led to consistent data entry processes, accurate reporting, and increased faculty engagement, as faculty can now easily update their profiles and see their career progress. The case study highlights the benefits of collaboration and the importance of standardized processes in enhancing administrative efficiency.
