Comparing Column Lifetime of MaxPeak Premier Columns

This application brief evaluates the performance of MaxPeak™ Premier Columns against standard stainless-steel columns over 5,000 injections of formulated naproxen tablets. Results show comparable lifetimes and minimal changes in system pressure and peak tailing, indicating no fouling or performance loss. This study highlights the advantages of using inert hardware in HPLC applications for improved analytical reliability and reduced variability.
