InvestigatorSpace LiveStream Clinical Trial Training Solution

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of the InvestigatorSpace LiveStream platform for a decentralized clinical trial focused on a new asthma treatment. The biopharmaceutical sponsor faced challenges in delivering a global training program that required both live virtual and on-demand training. The solution provided by WCG involved a live video-based virtual meeting platform that enabled interactive training for remote audiences. It facilitated the streaming of training sessions, allowing real-time interaction and engagement among participants. The platform also ensured compliance by integrating training certificates directly into InvestigatorSpace, maintaining readiness for inspections. The results showed that over 300 users across 45 sites participated in the training, which covered various topics including telemedicine and patient engagement. The study team noted that sites frequently returned to the platform for access to training materials, indicating its effectiveness in delivering consistent and compliant training throughout the trial.
