Evidence of Effectiveness of Interactive Learning

The report details improvements in knowledge retention, attitude shifts, and behavioral intent among learners who participated in programs such as Common Ground Business 1 and Common Ground Healthcare. For instance, Common Ground Business 1 showed a 30.33% increase in knowledge retention related to workplace harassment, while Common Ground Healthcare demonstrated an 11% improvement in understanding harassment criteria.
