This case report presents the application of Korean medicine (KM) combination therapy for a patient suffering from chronic tinnitus unresponsive to conventional treatments. The patient, a 35-year-old female, experienced left-sided tinnitus for over a decade, along with associated symptoms such as headaches and neck pain. The treatment involved 11 sessions of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Chuna therapy, with the introduction of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) balancing therapy during the 8th session. Significant improvements were observed in tinnitus, headache, and neck pain, with the patient reporting complete cessation of intermittent tinnitus after the 9th session. The findings indicate that personalized KM therapies can effectively alleviate symptoms of chronic tinnitus and improve the patient's quality of life. The report underscores the potential of integrative approaches in treating conditions that have limited responses to conventional medicine, suggesting a need for further research to validate these methods.
