Manufacturer Modernizes Network and Voice Services

This case study details the modernization of network and voice services at Blue Water Industries (BWI), a manufacturer operating 25 locations across the southeastern United States. The transition aimed to streamline their services under a single provider, enhancing reliability and productivity. Following the implementation, BWI reported improved employee productivity and customer satisfaction, with a unified communications system that eliminated the need for multiple vendors. The active/active configuration of the SD-WAN solution significantly reduced network outages, allowing BWI to focus on innovation rather than troubleshooting.
