Cloud Strategy Development for Energy Sector

This document is a case study detailing the engagement of Windval in developing a modern cloud strategy for a large utility client in the energy and utilities sector. The primary objective was to assess the current state of the client's cloud strategy and align it with business objectives while ensuring relevance for future adoption and migration efforts. Windval's approach involved a three-phased process that included an initial discovery of the current environment, the establishment of a Cloud Strategy Council with key stakeholders, and the development of a new cloud strategy based on eight guiding principles.
